Caregiver Screening Process

Each applicant we represent must meet or surpass the minimum qualifications listed below:

• 3 years of recent, professional experience in the position you are applying for

• 3 professional refferences

• Strong English communication skills

• At least 3 years of experience as a licensed driver and an insured vehicle for use on the job

• Ability to make a 1-year commitment (for long-term positions)

• U.S. Work Authorization

• Trustline Certified

• CPR Certified plus First Aid (infant and child)
